Great Charles Street branding, web and print

Jones Lang Lasalle on behalf of their client Aviva Investors tasked us with re-branding and marketing their newly refurbished Great Charles Street Estate in the heart of Birmingham's thriving Central Business District. Comprising five individual office buildings: Civic House, 154, Charles House, Lombard House and Galbraith House, we developed a flexible branding strategy that allowed the property estate to be promoted to potential tenants in its entirety but also as individual buildings. The brand identity reflects the art deco nature of the architecture and allows the individual buildings to be placed together to form an umbrella brand or separated out for individual marketing. Hoarding and banners have been designed and installed on-site with key messaging, while an interim brochure precedes a new website currently under construction to be followed by direct mail, email marketing, a full literature suite and advertising.
